Paradigm Primary was founded on the belief that healthcare should be guided by the patient, not by insurance companies.

We created a practice that breaks free from insurance constraints, allowing us to focus entirely on providing personalized, attentive care. By spending more time with each patient and building meaningful relationships, we’re able to address individual needs with intention and compassion.

Our membership-based practice not only improves outcomes, but also fosters deeper trust between our team and the people we serve. Our mission is simple: your well-being comes first.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO I STILL NEED INSURANCE AS A PARADIGM PATIENT?

Insurance is not required to become a member of Paradigm Primary Care. Membership includes unlimited visits and no additional copays. Our practice will also have affordable cash pay options for labs and radiology as well.

We will provide patients with cash costs of various specialist visits upon request. However, we do recommend some type of insurance coverage for those rare but expensive ER visits and/or hospitalizations.

WHAT SETS PARADIGM APART FROM TRADITIONAL MEDICAL PRACTICES?

Paradigm is patient focused, patient driven, convenient, and transparent. Becoming a Paradigm member means no rushed appointments, allowing for more meaningful visits and superior care.

Paradigm allows restoration of decision-making control by working for the patient and only the patient without any borders, restrictions, or interference by health insurers.

SHOULD I JOIN PARADIGM IF I AM HEALTHY?

Paradigm provides proactive care to keep you healthy, happy, free of preventable diseases, and encourages an all-around good lifestyle.

Being in consistent contact with Dr. Di when you're healthy helps prevent late diagnosis of chronic diseases.

IF I HAVE MEDICARE,

CAN I STILL JOIN PARADIGM?

Yes!

However, you will need to sign a waiver that neither you nor Dr. Di will directly bill Medicare for services provided by Paradigm.

HOW CAN I CONTACT

DR. DI?

phone, text, email, or video chat.

We request that after-hours phone calls and texts are limited to urgent questions or concerns.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN DR. DI IS ON VACATION?

When Dr. Di takes a vacation, he would firstly notify his patients ahead of time so most needs are addressed prior to leaving.

During vacation, he will still be available by phone, text, and email for urgent issues.

Our RN will manage non-acute concerns and refill requests.

DO YOU SEE CHILDREN?

WHAT IF I NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION OR NEED REFILLS WHEN I'M OUT OF TOWN?

The benefit of joining Paradigm is the independence from the restrictions of insurance policies. Because we know you well, we can streamline your care when you are sick and away from home by providing same day virtual visits.

We can contact the pharmacy closest to you and order the medications if needed. Dr. Di can prescribe most medications anywhere in the 50 states. He is also medically boarded in Fl, OH, and NY.

At Paradigm, we use a wide variety of tools to help you with any diagnosis, however when those types of care are required, we will certainly continue to work with your hospitalist during your hospital stay as well as work closely with any specialist.
